It was great to celebrate our risen savior all together. I always enjoy remembering the grace that Christ showed me on the cross. It was great to have all the activities this past Easter. We once again had an Easter Egg Hunt out at the new church property. We had about 90 children come, 20 of which did not attend out church and 3 that have no church home. I want to thank all those who donated eggs and candy to make the hunt possible. If you have plastic eggs from the hunt that you would like to donate back, you can bring them to my office. I have a box that I am collecting them in.
I also want to thank all the workers who watched our little ones in the nursery for the Easter Service. We had a huge turnout for church and it was nice to have friendly volunteers to take care of our children and teach them about Christ. I would also like to thank the Busche family and helpers for providing a great service for our children.
This week I am working to finish plans for AWANA Commencement that will take place on the 29th of April. It has been a great year with lots of children hiding God's word in their hearts. I want to thank all the workers who make this possible. Next year we could use your help to train the children.

Your help in needed this summer. Several of our Children's Worship teachers have asked to have the summer off. If you could serve one week please let me know. This is a great way to serve the Lord, by teaching the Younger Generation. If you would be willing to help one week this summer please contact Jenny.
Family Activity - Bubbles
Items needed:
1/2 cup Dawn Dish Soap; 4 Tablespoons glycerin (found at pharmacies) ; 41/2 cups water
What to do:
Slowly mix detergent and the water together in a container so it does not foam up..
Next add glycerin (this can be skipped, the glycerin helps the bubbles last longer)
Let the bubbles sit overnight
Have Fun the next day
Lesson:
Explain to your children that each of us was made by God. He made each of us unique and gave us different talents and gifts. Go outside and have fun playing with bubbles. Come back in and talk about how the bubbles were each different size and shape. Read Psalm 139:14-16 together.
Joyfully Serving Christ,
Jenny Auld
